Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, the Minister of Information, has affirmed that Bahraini youth’s participation in national programmes and initiatives that would provide them with the necessary advanced skills and meet the current and future trends reflects His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s national vision.
It also reflects HM the King’s belief that Bahraini youth are capable of achieving the kingdom’s aspirations and contributing to its sustainable progress by attaining wide-ranging achievements, he said.
Dr. Al Noaimi made the statements while meeting the affiliates of the fifth intake of the national leadership programme (HiPO Youth) organised by the Bahrain Institute of Public Administration (BIPA), in cooperation with the Youth Affairs Ministry and INJAZ Bahrain.
Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, BIPA Director-General, asserted that the cumulative experiences of national leaders are the main reference for the development of Bahraini youth, as the transfer of their diverse administrative expertise and rich experiences contributes to opening broader horizons for youngsters, by taking advantage of their successful management experiences and practices to come up with new and innovative initiatives and projects that keep pace with the requirements of the current stage and future aspirations.
Dr. Shaikha Rana praised Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi’s rich administrative and leadership experience, noting that over the past four years, the HiPO Youth Programme has hosted more than 25 national leaders, including ministers, undersecretaries and other officials from various sectors in the Kingdom.
